Established in 2024, PAT is built on the vision of community led empowerment, where solutions emerge from within the people most affected. We engage with governments, institutions, and grassroots communities to drive systemic change through awareness, advocacy, and sustainable action.

Our approach is human centered, intersectional, and future-focused. By combining rights-based advocacy, capacity building, and climate conscious solutions, we create pathways for resilience and empowerment for those most often left behind.
